    sometimes it is not possible to connect (login) the NAS to windows explorer (win7 or win10), however log in via webbrowser is Always possible. Who else knows the problem, is it windows or the NAS. Firmware is latest version.
    Next day it is possible to login to the explorer and after that it is not. Even the drive connection does not function.

    Hi,

    sounds like a network issue or Windows problem but due to the fact that it occurs only sometimes it should be hard to find out the problem. I suggest you to reboot the computer if the problem occurs and see if it works again.
